The ACS3 Sedan

The BMW E46 series clearly reflects its leading role in the field of mid-range saloons. This generation of the BMW 3-series is more a combination of driving dynamics and safety than its predecessor.
The AC Schnitzer ACS3 series supplements this with special performance: in both acceleration and braking. On the Nürburgring or the Champs-Elysées.

Performance Upgrades

Engine tuning and performance upgrades have a long tradition at AC Schnitzer. To be on the safe side however, we prefer not to extract the maximum possible power but instead ensure greater robustness, which means a longer life of the engine. Many of our diesel performance upgrades are therefore designed for an increase in torque rather than an increase in horsepower. Because torque is what you feel when for example you're "pressed back in the seat" on pulling away.  The "Short Shift" gear conversion allows more precise and faster gear changes, to emphasize sporting changes.

The Suspension Technology

The driving dynamics are decisively improved by the AC Schnitzer sports and racing suspension and suspension components - such as strut braces and antiroll bars. Spring kits are also available for pure lowering.

The Bodywork

The AC Schnitzer aerodynamic range with components made of high quality PU-Rim is impressive not only because of its subtle but sporting appearance: at high speeds in particular it increases down force and hence brings a perceptible improvement in driving behavior. For cars with and without M-Technik.

The Interior

The AC Schnitzer special accessory range is completed with airbag steering wheels and high quality interior components made of carbon fiber, leather and aluminum.

The Wheels

The suspension concept is completed by the AC Schnitzer alloy and racing rims Type II, Type III and Type IV available in sizes from 15" - 19".
