February 28, 2007News : BRABUS :
BRABUS offers the world's most extensive engine tuning programs for Mercedes-Benz automobiles, which includes the new M-Class.
Besides the main stream gasoline models, BRABUS offers power upgrades for those drivers who have chosen diesel. For the CDI Turbodiesel, BRABUS engine design technicians have developed the BRABUS "PowerXtra" performance kit, which is TÜV-certified even for vehicles equipped with a particulate filter.

Models tuned with PowerXtra performance kits meet the same stringent emission limits as their original equipment counterparts.
For the top-of-the-line diesel model ML320 CDI and E320CDI (not for BLUETEC models) , BRABUS engineered the D6 (III) performance kit. Combined with the stainless steel sport exhaust system, it achieves a maximum power output of 272hp and an incredible peak torque of 590 Nm at just 1,600 rpm.
