Oettinger tuning for Audi and Volkswagen offers a retro fit carbon "Ram-Air" intake for the current Golf GTI and A3 2.0 TFSI. Constructed of carbon fiber; the finish and fit are of the highest quality.

A standard intake redirects the air stream that passes through the front skirt into the engine compartment. Oettinger's carbon Ram-Air collector routes the complete air flow directly to the air filter box.

Improved response and increased power are achieved due to the optimised air flow and the surplus of pressure that is created when more air is fed into the engine during acceleration. Maximum output is realized in combination with Oettinger's stainless steel sport exhaust.

The complete kit includes the Ram-Air intake and sport high-flow air filter insert. The RAM-AIR intake is offered as part of Oettinger's growing carbon-line of performance products, new for 2006.
