2004 SEMA SHOW IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA

This year's Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show covered an unbelievable 2 million square feet at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Over 50,000 domestic and international buyers flooded endless aisles of exhibitor, upon exhibitor, to get familiar with 2005's new product lines.
CLAUS ETTENSBERGER W/ RANIER VOGEL & ROMAN FENNERS OF ACS
Walking through the bustling and crowded South hall of the convention center practically required protective gear. This hall is predominantly occupied by wheel and tire companies and sees most of the week's foot traffic. The volume of people is overwhelming.

Like a beacon on the horizon of a sea of people, stood Claus Ettensberger's expansive booth. Situated at the landing of a 90 foot wide staircase, CEC's exhibition presented a stark contrast to the carnival-like atmosphere surrounding it.
At the spectators feet, stood 6 stellar vehicles that represented the superior European brands imported by CEC:
- Range Rover with 22" Antera Type 345 SUV wheels, making their North American debut, and 23" Type 341 SUV wheels
- Lorinser SL GS03, which is a limited edition styling package for the SL-class
- AC Schnitzer 6 Series Cabriolet, also making its North American introduction
- NOVITEC Rosso 555hp F360 with 19" NF2 center lock wheels
- Bentley GT with 3-piece 22" Style c631 Claus Ettensberger Signature Edition wheels. The new brand, offering four wheels styles was debuted at SEMA
- TechArt Cayenne Turbo 510hp with 22" Formula wheels
NEW ANTERA 345 IN 22" ON RANGE ROVER
The luxurious vehicles evoked incredible responses of enthusiasm, inquiry and admiration, as well as luring in celebrities like Tyson Beckford, Hulk Hogan and 2003 Champ Car Champion Paul Tracy.
CEC's European partners also attended; from Italy, Jos Poell of Antera, from Germany, Thomas Behringer of TechArt; Ranier Vogel and Roman Fenners of AC Schnitzer; Dirk Morsdof and Wolfgang Hagedorn of NOVITEC Rosso, and Manfred Lorinser of Lorinser.
A new CEC Marketing and Sales tool also launched that week. Playing on 6 LCD screens was CEC's corporate identity DVD. At 90 minutes in length, this medium tells the whole CEC story, by incorporating complete brand "chapters", event coverage, press clippings and more.
