On May 20, 2007 CEC Miami opened its doors for a private preview event of the newly built tuning center.

The CEC Miami Tuning Center is located in exclusive Coral Gables, Florida. Coral Gables is to Miami as Beverly Hills is to Los Angeles and as Newport Beach is to Orange County. It is the destination for designer boutiques and luxury living. The unequaled visual and commercial presence of CEC will serve to define the area in the automotive genre.

Conceived by architect Pierluigi Bonvicini, the design of the Miami tuning center demonstrates an elegant self-confidence where a windowed storefront brings the outside in, and the inside out. The subtle positioning of the entranceway in such a high traffic area creates an invitation to allow passing vehicles to be drawn into the world of CEC.

The CEC Miami Tuning Center is 12,000 square feet; services range from mounting and balancing wheels and tires, to installing aerodynamics to extensive engine conversions. All equipment tops industry standards and is of the latest technology. The CEC East wholesale department operates from the second floor mezzanine offices; retail sales offices are on the showroom level. Warehouse space is on-site, while the CEC East primary shipping and receiving warehouse remains at the Northwest 24th Terrace location.

Guests came from near and far. Professor Bodo Bushmann of BRABUS, Rainer Vogel of AC Schnitzer, Thomas Behringer of TECHART, Wolfgang Hagedorn of NOVITEC Rosso and Marco Muzzarrelli of Antera made the long trip from Europe to show their support.
