Q. Parts: Are all the parts on the website currently available?
A. Typically all parts on the website are available. Some parts may have to be special ordered, allow 2-4 weeks for arrival.

Q. Parts: Does equipping my vehicle with aftermarket parts affect my lease?
A. It does not. Generally aftermarket parts are not residualized, and as such you can set back the vehicle to its original state before returning it. Some parts may not be suitable for removal, such as aerodynamics. Most other parts should switch out. For that you will have to store the original parts for the duration. Do not forget to make your insurance company aware of the aftermarket parts, otherwise they may not replace them if needed.

Q. Wheels: How will 22" wheels effect the ride quality of my SUV/truck?
A. By switching to 22" wheels, several factors come in to play. First, the sidewall of the 22" tire will be much lower than stock. This low sidewall along with a much wider tire (most 22" tires are 285, 295, 305, or 325 millimeters section width) lead to much larger and stable contact areas with the ground, when compared to stock tires. This means that a SUV/truck with 22" wheels and tires can be expected to handle more additional weight that such a large diameter wheel and tire package adds to the vehicle. Additionally, SUV/truck suspensions are not necessarilly tuned for performance handling. When installing 22" wheels and tires it is a good idea to consider to upgrade the brakes and suspension systems to maximize the performance gains.

Q. Wheels: What is "fender rolling?"
A. The “fender” is the area that houses the wheel and tire of a vehicle. There are several reasons why a vehicle may require fender rolling. After a vehicle’s suspension is modified, i.e. with lowering springs/shocks, a vehicle’s height is significantly lowered, thereby closing the gap between the fender and tire. Also, installing larger-than-stock wheels and tires decreases the gap between the fender and tire. Thirdly, partially due to larger-than-stock tires, issues may arise with the rear tires lightly contacting the splashguards due to suspension squat under heavy acceleration. By executing any one of the previous actions, a vehicle’s stance is lowered, thereby significantly closing the gap between the fender, or wheel well and the tires. These actions may require fender rolling to alleviate any tire-to-fender contact. The CEC Showroom in West Los Angeles, CA offers fender-rolling services. Please contact CEC for any qualified shops in your area. For more information on the process of fender rolling, please visit www.overboost.com and search "fender rolling" and read article, "Project M3PO - Stiff Upper Lip."
